New Horizons Academy Trust Team:

Lee is Headteacher at New Horizons Seaside Primary, and has led the school from Requires Improvement to Outstanding. Prior to this he held the post of Deputy at the school for 3 years. He has worked in 4 different schools in West Sussex, holding leadership posts in each. Lee is passionate about getting the best possible outcomes for stakeholders in local communities. For him, the children are always the first thought in any strategic leadership decision.
